PLC Algorithms


Control multiple compressors using eRCM files and supplied algorithms for inclusion into the unit's PLC. Let the PLC control the compressor for primary safety while the PC predicts accurate loads/flows and safe operating map. If the PC-to-PLC connection is interrupted, then the PLC's conservative code will keep the compressor up and running.

  • Many changes to compressor model do not required re-programming the PLC

  • View/print unit's performance curves and/or point analysis

  • Base software is designed for 1 to 5 compressors, any combination of single and two stage operations

  • Pseudo code for PLC control logic is supplied for single and two stage compressors

  • Data communication to HMI./SCADA software can be OPC, OLE or even DDE.
