Poster Cylinder for Gas Transmission
This innovative design allows for maximum bore sizes between adjacent
cylinders. Suction and discharge valves are accessed via the top of the
cylinder, and when desired clearance pockets can be located in the
cylinder's front head and/or over the top valve caps.
Since this unique design incorporates noticeable added clearance due
to the valve assemblies, this type of cylinder is often best-suited for
pipeline operations since added clearance has very little effect on low
ratio compression.
