Notes on eRCM Viewer Software: Exit eRCM Viewer software if it is currently running. Download the ACI's_eRCM_Viewer.msi file to your hard drive. After it is completely downloaded, run the program and follow onscreen prompts to finish the installation.

Notes on Updating your Software: Exit eRCM Viewer software if it is currently running. Download the eRCMViewer_Update.EXE file to your hard drive. After it is completely downloaded, run the program and tell it to self-extract its files to your eRCM installation folder -- typically this will be "C:\Program Files\ACI's eRCM Viewer" and elect to overwrite the existing files.
