If your eRCM Viewer's Update feature stops working,
download and run the patch listed below.

Notes on eRCM Viewer Software: Exit eRCM Viewer software if it is currently running. Download the ACI's eRCM Viewer.msi file to your hard drive. After it is completely downloaded, run the program and follow onscreen prompts to finish the installation.

Notes on Updating your Software: Exit eRCM Viewer software if it is currently running. Download the eRCMViewer_Update.EXE file to your hard drive. After it is completely downloaded, run the program and tell it to self-extract its files to your eRCM installation folder -- typically this will be "C:\Program Files\ACI's eRCM Viewer" and elect to overwrite the existing files.

Notes on Updating your Software: Exit eRCM software if it is currently running. Download the eRCM_Update.EXE file file to your hard drive to the installation directory (typically this will be "C:\Program Files\ACI Reciprocating Compressor Model"). After it has completely downloaded, run the program and tell it to self-extract the files to your eRCM installation folder.
