| ACI Sales Meeting |
 ACI held its second annual sales meeting. All of ACI's sales representatives, as well as our many of alliance partners (Beta, CPI, Klaus, and Syntech), were able to attend this event. |

CPI has entered into a formal alliance with ACI to become their exclusive
representative outside North America. The agreement means CPI can now offer
a unique range of services including custom designed cylinders, unloading
equipment, and compressor engineering capability. The agreement also
gives ACI access to CPI Polymer Alloy material and Radius Disc valves.
